We start with an in-depth interview to help understand you and the history of the home or building we will be inspecting. With your answers to our questions, this gives us the necessary information to help bring your inspection to its full potential!

INSPECTION
With our mold inspections, you will receive a thorough search through your home or building. We use an infrared camera, moisture meter, humidity reader as well as an endoscope to help find any hidden mold. After each inspection, we will send a written report with all the details we have found throughout your home or building.
TESTING
With each inspection, we will discuss with you your testing options. This further helps find hidden mold and completes the understanding of your buildings health. With each test that is completed in your home or building, we will provide lab reports with a written explanation.
