We start with an in-depth interview to help understand you and the history of the home or building we will be inspecting. With your answers to our questions, this gives us the necessary information to help bring your inspection to its full potential!
INSPECTION
With our mold inspections, you will receive a thorough search of your home or building. We utilize advanced tools such as an infrared camera, moisture meter, humidity reader, and borescope to identify hidden mold and potential problem areas. In addition to these tools, we also use a trained K9 that specializes in detecting hidden mold with exceptional accuracy.
After each inspection, you will receive a detailed written report outlining all findings throughout your home or building, including photos and recommendations for maintenance or remediation.
TESTING
With each inspection, we will discuss with you your testing options. This further helps find hidden mold and completes the understanding of your buildings health. With each test that is completed in your home or building, we will provide lab reports with a written explanation.
