Our Inspection Types at a Glance

Full Home Inspection With a Trained Mold Dog
keyboard_arrow_down

Our Full Mold Inspection is the most thorough service available for assessing mold and moisture issues in a home or building. This inspection covers the entire property and focuses on identifying:

Active mold growth

Conditions that could lead to mold (e.g. elevated moisture)

Current and past leaks

Areas that require maintenance to prevent future mold problems

To enhance accuracy, we include the use of a professionally trained Mold Dog, capable of detecting hidden mold sources that may not be visible during a standard inspection.

After the inspection, we’ll walk you through our findings in person, providing context and recommendations tailored to your home. You'll also receive a detailed written report, complete with photographs and notes documenting any signs of mold or water damage.

Problem Area Inspection With a Trained Mold Dog

We look at a specific area that has water or mold damage. We use all the same tools as a full inspection, it is just focused on one area.

Mold Dog Inspection

Our trained mold detection dog performs a thorough inspection of your entire home. The dog is specially trained to identify the scent of hidden mold, even behind walls or under flooring. Areas where the dog alerts are clearly marked for further evaluation.

After the inspection, we provide you with a detailed verbal summary of the area's alerted too. If you choose to proceed with testing (such as air or surface samples), these are available at an extra charge.

ERMI Sample Collection

This test can complement a professional inspection. The Environmental Relative Moldiness Index (ERMI) test analyzes dust collected from your home to measure the amount and types of mold present. Essentially, it's a comprehensive dust test that provides insight into your home's health based on the mold levels and species identified.
