Josh Malowany
Josh Malowany is a Red Seal Carpenter, Certified Mold Inspector (NORMI & MICRO), and Certified Mold Dog Handler. After his wife became ill from mold exposure, Josh dedicated his career to helping others uncover hidden mold problems that impact their health. Through his company, Building Health, he combines expert training and a mold detection dog to provide thorough inspections and help families create healthier living environments.
Nitro
Nitro is a certified mold detection dog trained to pinpoint hidden mold sources with incredible accuracy. He brings unmatched focus to every inspection—but outside of work, he’s all heart. Nitro loves meeting new people, getting attention, and, of course, licking just about everything in sight. His sharp nose and friendly personality make him an essential (and much-loved) part of the Building Health team.
