We perform a visual inspection, use a moisture meter, and employ our mold dog to search for any residual mold. We then take air and surface samples for lab testing to provide scientific clearance.
A regular inspection is to find a mold problem. A post-remediation inspection is specifically to verify that a known mold problem has been completely resolved.
In the event that mold is found, our report will detail the findings and we will recommend that the original remediation company return to finish the job, at no additional cost for our report update.
